IDEA Quality Service Inc. was established in 2008. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta and service clients in Western Canada. Our customer base consists of major retailers and property management firms. Our core group of employees consists of six full time workers, numerous part-time casual workers who we can enlist as the need arises, and very experienced sub-contractors. Our mission is to exceed your expectations, one project at a time.
It is our intent to clearly outline our commitment to achieve this and safely, cost effectively, and within the specified timelines.

The Difference
As the Prime Contractor for any project it will be necessary to ensure that each worker and sub-contractor be kept apprised of our objectives on a daily basis. Each day begins and ends to outline our plans, and review our policies and practices. We have arranged in advance of the project a tentative commitment with our established sub-contractors.
